In the second episode of Diálogos, Inti Media’s podcast, Gabriela Watson-Burkett and Vicky Diaz-Camacho spoke with Edwin Mayorga, Ph.D., a parent-educator-activist-scholar, about pressing education issues and his innovative Barrio Ed Project. Dominican-American artist Erlina Ortiz also joined the show to discuss her career and her work with Power Street Theatre, where she is the Resident Playwright and Co-Artistic Director. Rounding out the episode, Palestinian American Chef Saif Manna, the Owner and Founder of Manna Bakery, shared his rising career trajectory and discussed how his family inspired him to share his culture through food.
