DJ Graves
2026 Inti Media BIPOC Youth Fellow

DJ Graves is an organizer who is focused on creating long term sustainable change through counter-hegemonic educational institutions. He's worked as one of two Outreach and Engagement leads at the Ginger Arts Center located within North Chinatown, where he ensured that middle and high school age individuals across Philadelphia find a safe third-space. DJ now works as a facilitator within the W.E.B Du Bois Movement School for Abolition and Reconstruction, where he helps lead political education sessions and the signature hybrid program in collaboration with Haymarket Books. Grounded in theories of intersectional and internationalist principles, DJ is excited and eager to continue learning alongside his comrades as they all collectively work to end capitalistic systems of oppression.
