Immigrant Mothers Tell Their Stories
Immigrant Mothers Tell Their Stories is a feature documentary exploring how immigrant mothers of color navigate motherhood and identity far from home. The project is accompanied by the Empowering Madres Latinas campaign, a community engagement initiative that amplifies the experiences of immigrant mothers and expands access to maternal health information and resources.
In the past, it has been supported by the People’s Media Fund program, Local Filmmaker Open Call, and The Philadelphia Independent Media Fund administered by Scribe Video Center with additional support from the Wyncote Foundation.
