Katherine Cartagena-Davis

Katherine Cartagena-Davis is a mission-driven leader with expertise in organizational development, strategic project management, and building collaborative systems. At Saint Joseph’s University, Katherine has led the development of the Continuing Education Department and supported major operational transitions during institutional mergers.
In addition to her professional accomplishments, Katherine co-founded the Emilia Wojtyla Shelter in Bolivia, as well as the U.S.-based 501(c)(3) sister organization - both nonprofits supporting abused and at-risk women and children - serving more than 300 residents for over 10 years. These experiences have shaped her leadership philosophy of building relationships, navigating change, and turning vision into sustainable action. Katherine holds an Executive MBA and a Master’s in Organization Development and Leadership from Saint Joseph’s University.
